Meet The Doctors

Dr. Richard Bailey (left photo) and Dr. Christopher Shay (center photo) are licensed Chiropractors serving the greater Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford, and New Fairfield communities. Both Dr. Bailey and Dr. Shay have been freeing people from pain in the clinic in all three of our offices (locations on home page). As Chiropractors with experience, Dr. Bailey and Dr. Shay are committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients.

Dr. Bailey and Dr. Shay use a multi-disciplinary "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, supplemented by our team of  licensed Massage Therapists, Reflexologist, Acupuncturist, Medical Doctor, and our Natural Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET), Dr. Bailey and Dr. Shay are able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Monte Marder (right photo) is a physician.  Dr. Marder brings with him many years of experience and is Board Certified in family medicine since 1994. His special medical interests include preventive medicine and patient education on the importance of exercise and healthy eating.

Dr. Marder graduated with his BS from Monmouth College West Long Branch, NJ in 1977 and earned his MD degree from Georgetown University, Washington, DC in 1981; completed his internship In Internal Medicine at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center and his residency in Family Medicine at the Mid-Hudson Family Health Services Institute. Dr. Marder began his medical career in 1982 as a USAF Flight Surgeon, and currently devotes most of his time as a Primary Care Physician. Dr. Marder’s medical experience also includes Emergency Room Physician and contracted Physician for a teen drug rehabilitation center.
